Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee referral and intake processes for potential residents • Manage staff scheduling and performance reviews • Implement systems for tracking relevant statistics • Facilitate case conferences for clients with complex needs • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Social Work or related field • 3+ years experience in mental health crisis support • 2+ years in a supervisory role • Knowledge of unionized environments and mental health services • First Aid & CPR certification required
