This is a new role where the successful candidate will be able to work out of any of our Canadian offices and own the following responsibilities:Perform assessments of IT General Controls for financial statement audits and prepare appropriate working papers, including gathering information around the client’s IT environment and requesting data to support these activities.Collaborate with Managers to scope, budget, and ultimately review files prepared by junior IS/IT auditors.Review, document, evaluate, and test business processes and internal controls for design and operational effectiveness in a wide range of environments and industries.Develop client deliverables, including risk assessments, analyses, recommendations, and reporting documentation.Provide clients advice regarding recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with engagement teams to establish timelines and ensure high‑quality client service.Assist Managers with business development proposals on existing/recent clients.Maintain a proactive and logical approach to information gathering and present complex ideas through clear communication.Build positive working relationships with clients and identify improvements for future assignments.Success MetricsDemonstrate BDO's core values: Integrity, Respect,
