Position Overview The Business Reporting and Investment Advisor Compensation Analyst role supports the day-to-day analysis, reporting and administration of the Business Strategy and Analysis team. The successful incumbent will play a key role in delivering metrics, insight and ensure accuracy and integrity in processes and Advisor compensation administration. This is an existing vacancy. Duties and Responsibilities Support and maintain Business Analysis’ core monthly databases and reports, including Advisor Performance, Household Metrics and Holdings Summary Support monthly administration related to Advisor Compensation programs and processes, including Staff/Technology Budget, Marketing Budget, Advisor Code management and Householding management Administration of monthly commission adjustment file and commission payout file. Ad hoc analysis and support to management and advisors as required. Qualifications Experience in the Wealth Management industry strongly preferred.



Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail (administrative elements and database maintenance) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Robust time management skills Strong communication skills Education University Degree preferred The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $44,000-$60,500. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
