What You'll Do

- Lead and support day-to-day operational activities
- Help manage project cargo, over dimensional cargo, and specialized freight movements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, freight forwarders, port stakeholders, and internal teams
- Mentor and support team members while fostering a positive workplace culture
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Respond effectively to operational challenges and changing customer needs
- Contribute to the long-term growth and success of the business

What We're Looking For

- Experience in freight forwarding, project cargo,



logistics, transportation, terminal operations, or a related industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Natural leadership abilities and experience leading or mentoring others
- Calm, solutions-focused approach when dealing with pressure and unexpected challenges
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
