Canadim is seeking a highly motivated and driven Immigration Case Manager to join our established team in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

- Obtain and review documents and information provided by clients;
- Understand the various immigration programs offered by Citizenship and Immigration Canada;
- Qualify clients and potential clients for various immigration programs;
- Advise clients of program requirements;
- Gather information and documents from clients in preparation to completing immigration applications;




- Complete and review various application forms related to immigration processing;
- Maintain timelines and meet deadlines;
- Write cover and submission letters necessary for applications;
- Communicate with clients on requirements;
- Communicate with government agencies on active files and/or program requirements;
- Maintain documentation and compliance with governing regulations.

Requirements for the role:

- Member in good standing of a Canadian Law society or the CICC.
- Previous immigration experience is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French proficiency is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
