Join a supply chain initiative supporting business transformation and operational improvements through communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role supports the development of graphic design products, communication materials, executive presentations, and training assets aligned to project branding and accessibility standards. The position contributes to stakeholder awareness, change management activities, and user adoption initiatives across the enterprise modernization project.

Contract, Hybrid.

Responsibilities

- Participate in defining communication approaches and business processes supporting project transformation and stakeholder engagement activities
- Develop and maintain presentations, briefing decks, infographics, and executive-level communication materials
- Design and update project branding elements, templates, logos, and visual communication assets
- Support the development and execution of communication plans and stakeholder engagement content
- Prepare and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference guides, and learning support products
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions related to communications and change management activities
- Create and submit weekly progress reports outlining completed tasks and developed products
