2234105 Ontario Inc. based in Brampton, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Welder who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills. The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to Permanent employment or Full time job. The shift timings include Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning and Morning. The position of Welder has been approved by the LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment). Position : Welder No. of vacancies : 2 Salary : $27.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 32 hours per week Employment type : Permanent employment, Full time Location : Brampton, ON The candidate must interpret welding process specifications. The candidate must be able to operate manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated welding equipment. The candidate must be able to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes. The candidate must examine welds to ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications. The candidate must be able to operate either manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment. The candidate must be able to operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines. The candidate must determine the weldability of materials. The candidate must be able to operate previously set-up welding machines in order to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment. Job Requirements





The candidate should be fluent in English language. The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry. The candidate must be well-organized. The candidate should be a good team player. The candidate must be punctual. The candidate must be hardworking. The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions. Work setting

The candidate must work incommercial settingsand in-shop. Experience and specialization

Type of materials

Materials include aluminium alloys, nickel alloys, non-metallic materials and stainless steel. Welding techniques

Welding techniques include resistance, spot, and seam. Equipment and machinery experience

The candidate must have experience operating spot welding machines and electrical wiring devices. Area of specialization

The candidate must be skilled in auto repair. Additional information

Work conditions and physical capabilities

The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced busy workplace. The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks on frequent basis. The candidate should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work. The candidate should have an eye for details. Own tools/equipment

The candidate must have steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, safety harness, gloves, face shield, and welding helmet. Under Financial benefits, the selected candidate will receive Life insurance.
