Position Overview
Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Assiniboia, SK. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising skilled trades staff in a unionized setting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in work order planning and scheduling
- Manage the establishment and implementation preventative and corrective operational maintenance programs
- Train staff
Qualifications
- Millwright trade license or Mechanical Engineer supplemented with a minimum of 5 years millwright experience
- Demonstrated attention to workplace safety
- Previous supervisory experience
- Solid knowledge of computerized maintenance management software
- Willingness to perform shift work and overtime as required
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
