The Company’s primary focus is constructing North America’s only cobalt sulfate refinery, as part of a phased strategy to onshore critical minerals refining and reduce reliance on foreign supply chains. In addition to the Refinery, Electra holds a significant land package in Idaho’s Cobalt Belt, including its Iron Creek project and surrounding properties, positioning the Company as a potential cornerstone for North American cobalt and copper production. Electra is also advancing black mass recycling opportunities to recover critical materials from end-of-life batteries, while continuing to evaluate growth opportunities in nickel refining and other downstream battery materials.RESPONSIBILITIESBelow is a list of primary duties and responsibilities for the Superintendent of Electrical and Instrumentation position at the Cobalt Refinery:Lead, supervise, and coordinate electrical and instrumentation (E&I) teams; Oversee process control systems and electrical control systems plant-wide; Allocate work and ensure timely completion of maintenance and project tasks; Provide mentorship, training,



and skill development for E&I personnel; Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance of Refinery electrical systems and instrumentation; Support continuousplant operations by minimizing downtime and resolving technical issues promptly; Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules for E&I equipment; Coordinate with operations, mechanical, and process teams to align maintenance with production requirements; Participate inproject planning, design reviews, and commissioning of new electrical and instrumentation systems; Enforce compliancewith Refinery safety standards, electrical codes, and instrumentation regulations; Implement safeworkpractices such as lockout/tagout, hot work permits, and hazardous area compliance; Oversee calibration, inspection, and certification of instruments and electrical equipment; Report E&I maintenance activities, equipment performance, and reliability metrics to management as required; Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and OEMs for technical support; and,Other duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONSPost-secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field; Minimum 3 years ofrelated field experience in a supervisory or superintendent-level role overseeing E&I teams; Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation field; Strong experience with power distribution systems, control systems, analyzers, and field instrumentation; Expertise in electrical systems: motors, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS,



and grounding systems; Advanced knowledgeof instrumentation: transmitters, analyzers, sensors, valves, actuators, and calibration; Familiarity with control systems and advanced process control systems; In-depth knowledgeof safety standards and regulatory requirements; High proficiency of Microsoft Office applications; Solid projectmanagement and planning abilities; Proven abilityto work in a team environment demonstrating excellent communication skills; Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy; Experience workingin a fast-paced office and deadline oriented; Superior organizational, problem solving and time management skills; and,Excellentwritten and oral communications.WHY JOIN ELECTRA BATTERY MATERIALSTogether, we will power a better path forward.
