This position is responsible for both short and long‑term campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness through a consistent image. Marketing Managers will leverage their technical and analytical skill set to set specific and measurable marketing goals.

Working hours range from 40 to 50 hours per week (9 am–5 pm). Overtime, weekends and evenings are typically not required, depending on varying contracts and timelines.

Responsibilities

- Creation of content on blogs, social media, and other media
- Strategically implement marketing campaigns to grow the brand’s audience
- Leverage web tools such as SEM/SEO to increase visibility
- Adapt to and predict the shifting digital landscape
- Analyze traffic, interactions, reach, and other relevant metrics to boost brand engagement
- Evaluate data on target demographics to better understand potential client interests, demands, and behaviors
- Train, manage,



and ensure career progression for coordinators
- Lead health and safety awareness initiatives (Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness in 5 Steps)
- Workplace Violence and Harassment for Supervisors
- Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)

Qualifications

Post‑secondary certificate, degree, or diploma is required.
