Responsibilities Tasks Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects Assist in preparing design, drawings and specifications Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials Computer-aided design (CAD) Design tools, moulds, jigs and fixtures Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings and specifications Prepare standards and schedules Supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants Supervise, monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects Test machines and equipment

Computer and technology knowledge Mastercam CAD/CAM Unigraphics AutoCAD MS Excel MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word Programmable logic controller (PLC) Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines
