Avenir Minerals in Canada seeks an Exploration Lead to provide geological leadership for the Martison Phosphate Project near Hearst, Ontario. You will direct exploration, resource definition, modelling, and Mineral Resource Estimate activities to advance the project. Reporting to the Project Study Manager, you will lead field teams, QA/QC programs, data governance, and coordination with mine planning, ESG, permitting, and community engagement.
