This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer who is looking to build their practice in a supportive, client-focused environment.Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in family law matters before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice- Manage a steady caseload, including hearings, conferences, motions, and trials- Attend court proceedings and advocate effectively on behalf of clients- Oversee and manage legal issues arising between family members, including separation, divorce, parenting, and support matters- Supervise and participate in mediation and settlement discussions- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and internal staff- Maintain organized and accurate case files,
