Position: Clubhouse ManagerLocation: Rosetown Golf Club, RosetownType: Seasonal Full-Time (April 15, 2026 – October 15, 2026)Reports to: Board of DirectorsRosetown Golf Club is seeking a hands-on Clubhouse Manager to lead day-to-day clubhouse operations for the 2026 season. This is a salaried leadership role with performance-based bonus potential, requiring regular in office presence, direct staff management, and active involvement in daily operations. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Key Responsibilities:Staff Scheduling & Labour Control:Create and manage weekly staff schedules to ensure proper coverage while staying within the approved annual clubhouse wage budget. The Manager is expected to work shifts and step into operational roles as needed to control labour costs and address staffing gaps.Staff Leadership:Oversee daily staff operations including training, scheduling, hiring, and performance management. Maintain accountability, productivity, and service standards.Member & Guest Experience:Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, handle feedback and issues, and ensure a consistent, high-quality clubhouse experience.Operations & Cash Control:Manage daily cash-out and tip-out procedures,



clubhouse cleanliness, security, and overall facility presentation.Events & Tournaments:Coordinate and host tournaments and events, including staffing, logistics, and on-site execution.Administration:Complete semi-monthly payroll, track labour against budget, manage sponsorship invoicing, and support basic F&B coordination.Coordination with Superintendent:Maintain regular communication with the Golf Course Superintendent to align clubhouse operations, events, staffing, and daily priorities.Qualifications:3+ years of hospitality, restaurant, or golf club management experienceProven ability to manage staff schedules and labour budgetsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work a flexible, seasonal scheduleCompensation & Benefits:Seasonal salaried positionPerformance-based bonus potential tied to full-term completion and operational resultsFree adult membership (no cart or green fees; excludes voting rights)Apply with a resume and cover letter to Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Job Type: SeasonalContract length: 6 monthsPay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per monthLicence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
