Position Overview

The Senior Manager Events will lead the strategy, planning and execution of all event‑related marketing initiatives for BoomerangFX, a software development company.



This role is key to driving brand awareness, generating leads and supporting revenue growth through trade shows, conferences and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Strategy & Planning: Develop the annual event strategy, identify key trade shows and conferences, and manage the event calendar to align with business objectives.
- End‑to‑End Event Management: Oversee logistics, booth design, vendor relationships and team coordination for successful event execution.
- Videography and Graphic Design: Create compelling content, shoot and edit videos and promote them.
- ROI Measurement: Track event performance metrics (leads, revenue, brand awareness) and report on ROI.
- Branding & Messaging: Ensure consistent and impactful brand presence at all events, including collateral, presentations and digital content.

What are we looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Events or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in event management.
- Skills: Strong project management, leadership and communication skills.
- Results‑Oriented: Proven ability to drive leads, track event performance and generate revenue through trade shows and events.
