Business Systems Analyst (ERP Support)

Main Deliverables

- Support and enhance ERP applications across the business.
- Translate business requirements into system solutions and functional specifications.
- Manage ERP configurations, system updates, testing, and issue resolution.
- Ensure business processes and e-commerce integrations operate effectively.

Requirements

- Approximately 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms, including: a) System updates and releases, b) Configuration changes, c) Incident troubleshooting and resolution, d) Ongoing production support
- Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, integrations, and related business processes.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining: a)



Process documentation, b) Functional requirements, c) Use cases, d) Test plans and testing documentation.
- Experience within retail, distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support for ERP applications and related business systems.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Coordinate ERP system updates, enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
- Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain detailed process maps, system documentation, and functional requirements.
- Work with e-commerce and business system stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and functional requirements.
