If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care, we would love to hear from you.What You Should KnowLocation: Toronto, ON (patienthomes; 1 on 1)Shift: 4 hours up to 12 hours, days, afternoons, overnights, weekdays, weekendsWhat You’ll DoPersonal Support & Daily CareAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingSupport mobility, walking, and secure transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)Home SupportPerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environmentPrepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needsHealth & Safety AssistanceProvide medication reminders and help monitor daily routinesComplete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare teamCompanionship & Emotional SupportEngage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurancePromote comfort, dignity, independence, and well-beingWhat We’re Looking ForPSW CertificaterequiredMinimum1 year of caregiving or PSW experienceLanguage Requirement:
