You will coordinate a centralized intake, support access to Hub services, and work with an interdisciplinary team to provide youth- and family-centered care. The Sudbury Youth Wellness Hub is part of the Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) initiative, offering integrated services to address gaps in youth mental health and substance use care.
