Empower children’s growth as a Program Supervisor with PLASP Child Care Services in North York. Lead innovative early learning programs focusing on children's physical, social, and emotional development.
As a Program Supervisor, you will ensure a nurturing environment for children up to 12 years. Collaborate with the Program Director and staff to deliver HighScope® programs full of engaging activities. You will need to demonstrate understanding of educational policies while maintaining safety and well-being in the center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a secure and caring environment for children • Collaborate on program planning and curriculum implementation • Conduct regular attendance checks and maintain accurate records • Follow Health & Safety policies as per PLASP guidelines • Guide activities that promote children's overall development
Requirements: • Diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent • Valid registration with the College of ECE • Experience working with young children • Knowledge of CCEYA and licensing requirements • Current Standard First Aid Certificate and Criminal Reference Check
