Metrolinx seeks a Track Engineering Manager reporting to the Senior Manager. This role incorporates leadership in developing track infrastructure standards across heavy rail and light transit systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement track engineering standards and specifications • Lead quality assurance and compliance for track infrastructure • Provide technical expertise in track design and engineering • Manage team dynamics and performance objectives • Monitor budget and planning to meet department goals
Requirements: • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • Experience in rail transit track engineering and standards • Knowledge of best practices in design and lifecycle assessment • Proficient in AutoCAD or Civil 3D • Valid Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license is an asset
