Ledcor Highways Ltd. is seeking casual road maintenance workers across Alberta from October to April. Ideal candidates will possess a Class 1, 2, or 3 license and a strong commitment to safety and community service. You'll operate heavy equipment like snowplow trucks and wheel loaders while also assisting with various maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment
• Perform maintenance duties including pothole repair
• Be on-call for emergencies and weather events
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver's license
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract
• Previous snowplow and wheel loader experience is a plus
