Futbolito Soccer is seeking an enthusiastic Sports Leader for its inaugural after-school program. This part time role spans Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2:45 PM to 4:30 PM, focusing on child development through play-based soccer skills. Candidates should be dependable and have experience working with young children to create a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead age-appropriate soccer drills and games • Foster an inclusive and supportive environment • Assist with student check-in and supervision • Prepare fields and equipment for each session
Requirements: • 1+ years of experience with youth sports or childcare • Relevant coaching or First Aid certifications are assets • Must be available during assigned hours • Explicit Criminal Record Check is required • High energy and passion for children and sports
