Entrust seeks a Technical Writer with a strong foundation in software documentation, ideally with at least 2 years of experience. You will focus on crafting exact installation manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles for our suite of products. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with tools like MadCap Flare and Atlassian Confluence are necessary to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-user documentation for KeyControl software
• Collaborate to gather technical information from teams
• Adhere to established documentation standards and templates
• Perform validations of documentation through workflow testing
• Provide updates on documentation tasks within Agile cycles
Requirements:
• Associate degree in a relevant STEM field
• Minimum of 2 years in technical writing for software
• Excellent proficiency in MadCap Flare and Confluence
• Familiarity with VMware is advantageous
• Proficiency in working across geographically distributed teams
