WHAT’S THE JOB?

At Dexterra, we create exceptional customer experiences that make our clients shine—turning challenges into moments of ingenuity and service excellence. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Prepare, cook, and serve meals for cafeteria, boarding programs, and catered events following established recipes and menus. Support daily lunch delivery operations, ensuring meals are packaged and delivered accurately and on time. Use a variety of cooking methods such as roasting, grilling, steaming, poaching, boiling, and baking. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. Follow all FoodSafe/ServeSafe and health & safety protocols. Assist with inventory management and FIFO rotation.



Provide professional service and build positive relationships with students and staff. Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cook role. FoodSafe or ServeSafe certification. Experience with international cuisine and dietary needs. Self-driven, reliable, and professional. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check. WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT
