This position focuses onWorkday configuration, business process design, stakeholder collaboration, and application lifecycle support, with an emphasis onHCM, Compensation, and Securitymodules. You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, bridging business needs and technical execution while supporting projects, enhancements, and day-to-day operational excellence.What You’ll DoConfigure and supportWorkday business processes, primarily withinHCM, Compensation, and SecurityOwn intake and documentation for projects and major initiatives perPDLC methodologyDevelop and maintainbusiness process documentationfor owned applicationsExecute and manageBusiness Acceptance Testing (BAT)and related documentationPartner with Technology teams to ensurebusiness, data governance, and quality requirementsare metReview requirements and technical design documents, identifying gaps and improvement opportunitiesProvide solution options, risk mitigation strategies,
