$98k Inventory Supervisor in Baie-D'Urfé (100% Onsite)

Our client is an innovative manufacturing company seeking a $98k ($95k base) Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and material availability to support production in Baie-D'Urfé (100% onsite).

The successful candidate will maintain a solid presence on the warehouse floor, supervise a small team, and collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, and Operations.

The role offer 4 weeks off, a $3k+ bonus, group benefits, and RRSP matching.

Requirements

- Bilingual EN-FR
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, material planning, or warehouse operations;
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience;
- Experience with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Power BI experience is an asset;
- Solid knowledge of inventory control,



warehouse processes, and replenishment strategies.

Key Tasks

- Supervise and optimize inventory and warehouse activities;
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, stock levels, and warehouse performance;
- Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment strategies;
- Oversee cycle counts and annual physical inventories;
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions;
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system;
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team;
- Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Operations to ensure material availability;
- Identify and implement improvements to inventory processes, warehouse efficiency, and material flow;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ERP optimization.
