We are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Room Attendant on behalf of our client, to ensure cleanliness and comfort for guests by maintaining impeccable standards in their lodging establishment. If you are dedicated to creating a welcoming setting and have an eye for detail, we'd like to introduce you to this housekeeping position.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
Work setting:
- Hotel, motel, resort
Tasks:
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Dust furniture
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Make beds and change sheets
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Clean and disinfect elevators
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses:
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
