Humans of HR partnering with a large, global organization to find a strong HR Generalist with Labour Relations experience to join their team in Delta.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you’ll act as a true HR business partner, supporting leaders across both day-to-day HR and more complex employee and labour relations matters.

You’ll be joining a high-performing HR team, working alongside three excellent colleagues and reporting into a highly capable, well-regarded leader we recently placed—someone who is already making a significant impact.

What you’ll be doing:

- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on a broad range of HR matters
- Partner on end-to-end recruitment, from talent attraction through to onboarding
- Contribute to performance management processes and support employee relations initiatives
- Play an active role in labour relations within a unionized environment
- Oversee attendance management and support disability-related cases
- Drive employee engagement through recognition and wellness programs
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data, reporting,



and systems

What you bring:

- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a unionized setting
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline
- CPHR designation (or working towards it) is an asset
- Solid knowledge of employment standards and legislation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Professional maturity with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels of the organization

Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 + bonus

Perks: RSSP (no matching required) up to 7%
