Date:Apr 2, 2026Location:Toronto, ON, CAHiring Salary Range:$56,950.00-73,700.00 / yearHydro One is the largest electricity transmission and distribution provider in Ontario, serving nearly 1.5 million customers.We look forward to building safe communities where we live, work and play, and to providing exceptional customer service.It’s an exciting time to join the team at Hydro One!ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance and support related to Leadership and Organization development programming to internal stakeholders, including employees, leaders at various levels, and human resource business partners.Organize logistics for training by liaising with external vendors, internal partners, and presenters to coordinate arrangements for training and development activities.Interact with employees seeking enrollment in Hydro One's leadership training programs and coordinate the registration process within the Learning Management System (Success Factors).Provide customer service, including responding to inquiries related to training and maintaining the HR inbox and calendar.Assist with the preparation of course evaluations, including data gathering, statistical summaries,
and reports.Track cost and enrollment information for development programs and liaise with other departmental contacts on cost/account payable matters.Participate in special assignments relating to the Group’s work programs.Selection CriteriaHR Certificate or Bachelor degree in Business or related field (or 2-3 years relevant work experience in a corporate setting).Previous experience in Learning and Development, including coordinating training sessions and supporting program delivery.Strong interpersonal skills, customer-service oriented, solutions-focused, and a positive attitude.Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, able to handle a high volume workload while effectively changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.Work well independently as well as on a team and demonstrate initiative.Hydro One will provide reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities in the job application process.Hydro One uses AI tools to assist in the screening and assessing candidates for this role.
