Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker’s Neurosurgical, ENT & IVS products as assigned by sales manager Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Interventional Spine products Directs product evaluations in operating rooms, hospitals, and office settings May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings Assist in Request for Proposal(RFP)
related activities and contract negotiation Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion May assist in the training and development of associate sales personnel Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities What You Need
Required
University Degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of qualified experience Preferred
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology 2+ years in Medical Device Sales Additional Information
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations Must have a valid driver’s license Canada Pay Ranges
Canada: $135,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.
