Reporting to the Health Director, the Home Support Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring quality home care services for Indigenous clients. This position requires a compassionate Registered Care Aide to oversee scheduling and support service delivery by Home Makers and Registered Care Aides. Your leadership helps create a trauma-informed, supportive atmosphere for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and service delivery • Provide personal care assistance focusing on client wellbeing • Monitor client environments for safety and well-being • Ensure adherence to care plans and policy procedures • Support the training and orientation of home care staff
Requirements: • Registered Care Aide in valuable standing with BC Registry • Three years of related experience, one in supervision • Valid BC Driver’s License and insurance • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Criminal Record Check for vulnerable sector
