Project Manager – Professional Services Department: Practice Management | Location: Canada – Remote (0002) | Compensation: $110,500 – $149,500 / year This role offers flexible working options, including full‑time in the Toronto office, hybrid throughout the week, or fully remote. The Project Manager plays a critical role within Professional Services, owning delivery outcomes for a portfolio of customer‑facing implementation projects. The role partners cross‑functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, has strong stakeholder influence and risk management skills, and brings exceptional communication skills and a disciplined approach to risk and issue management. Success in this role requires a solid customer focus, a drive for results, and the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout project lifecycles typically spanning 3–5 months. Responsibilities Project manage a portfolio of 8–10 concurrent customer‑facing projects, owning delivery from kickoff to sign‑off. Ensure customers achieve intended business outcomes and adoption milestones post‑implementation. Effectively manage time and project allocation to meet billable utilization targets. Create, manage, and execute project plans efficiently; proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project issues and risks on a weekly basis. Drive accountability across internal teams and the customer to achieve project milestones, taking action on roadblocks with a sense of urgency. Maintain strong project governance, including status reporting, stakeholder management, scope control, and change request management.



Ensure projects remain within hours and budget, proactively communicating change requests to customers. Consistently align internal and external parties to project objectives, ensuring the customer realizes value by adopting the solution. Travel occasionally to customer locations to support project delivery. Qualifications 5+ years of experience project‑managing concurrent customer‑facing projects within a Professional Services or SaaS implementation environment. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent customer‑facing projects, ideally 6+, with a strong track record of on‑time delivery. Ability to balance competing priorities and meet billable utilization targets in a fast‑paced environment. Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, drive alignment, and forward progress. Relentless resourcefulness and active listening skills that allow efficient escalation of issues and risks. Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience using a PSA (Skilled Services Automation) and project management tools to support delivery, resourcing, and tracking. Exposure to financial systems, accounting, or FP&A processes. Experience in Professional Services or consulting with a background in customer‑facing delivery for mid‑market and/or enterprise customers. Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI‑driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies. Salary & Compensation Base salary range: $110,500 – $149,500 CAD.
