We are seeking a compassionate and skilled psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and a passion for helping clients navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couple, and group therapy sessions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in the field.
- Valid licensure or certification in Quebec, Canada.
- Minimum 2-year experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Specialization: EMDR and/or Somatic and Sensorimotor Approaches (EMDRIA-approved training).
- Specialization: CBT, DBT, ACT,
Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness.
- Specialization: Anxiety, depression, relationships, addictions, PTSD, and/or trauma.
- Expertise in providing therapy to youth, couples & families, and knowledge of Gottman Couple Therapy.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
