Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct role evaluations and manage recruitment campaigns
• Lead employee onboarding and coordinate logistics
• Support leaders with performance management processes
• Create and deliver training and development presentations
• Oversee HR projects and compile analytical reports
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in HR
• Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience
• Working towards CPHR designation is a plus
• Experience in the professional services sector is advantageous
• Capability to travel as needed
