A major Oil and Gas company is seeking an LEM Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Prince Rupert, BC. This position includes camp accommodations and involves LEM verification and cost management.
As a LEM Coordinator, your main responsibilities will involve reviewing and approving LEM submissions from contractors, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. You will also maintain cost tracking and assist in managing invoices and contractor claims, providing vital support to in office teams as well as finance departments. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, review, and approve contractor LEM sheets
• Track all labor hours and material costs accurately
• Assist in invoice processing and service order reconciliation




• Collaborate with project managers and field execution teams
• Ensure compliance with strict EHS policies
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in project administration or site coordination
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and relevant software
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Effective communication for resolving contractor issues
• Experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in Western Canada
