Chartwell is seeking an AR Manager to lead the accounts receivable function across a multi-property setting. You will oversee a team of AR Supervisors, Advisors, and Clerks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in receivables processes while driving continuous improvement. You will coach a 15+ member AR team, manage the full AR cycle, and collaborate with Operations, Legal and IT to optimize workflows and controls.
