Become the technical backbone of Zip's Toronto office as the Onsite IT Lead. You will architect end-to-end automation, manage network security, and lead office technology improvements. With a focus on advanced scripting and proactive documentation, you’ll transform manual processes into automated workflows that improve workplace efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Architect automation for employee onboarding/offboarding
- Serve as technical lead for office technology
- Partner with teams for office expansions and upgrades
- Manage and secure network infrastructure and endpoints
- Write and maintain runbooks and SOPsRequirements:
- 5+ years in IT Systems Administration
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with Okta and Google Workspace
- Proficient in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
