Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex modernization and upgrade projects within existing buildings. This role is ideal for a construction or HVAC project professional who thrives in coordinating technical teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of modernization and retrofit projects from planning through completion Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Collaborate directly with clients to understand project requirements and expectations Coordinate with internal engineering, supervisory,
