Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to incoming calls and emails promptly • Manage employee book-offs and secure suitable replacements • Create and maintain schedules using workforce management software • Ensure all shifts are filled while minimizing overtime costs • Administer schedule changes and monitor compliance programs
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Fluent in English and French, verbal and written • Experience in scheduling or customer service • Solid organization and communication skills • Ability to work a continental rotation and maintain confidentiality
