data validation) and comfort working with HR datasets. Strong reporting and analytics capability, including data extraction, validation/reconciliation, and preparing datasets for dashboards and decision‑support.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines, high volumes of work, and competing demands.Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage large workloads or caseloads accurately and efficiently.Highly organized, with proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs with flexibility.Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.Proven reliability and accountability, consistently following through on commitments and delivering high-quality outcomes.Exercises sound judgement while upholding professionalism, values, and ethics in all interactions and decision‑making.Working language:English (written and spoken).Work model:Hybrid 3 days per week (37.5 hours per week, permanent and full time) 9:00am to 5:00pm in office (Toronto M5H 1J9).
