END DATE AUGUST 2027) REASON TO POST: DIRECT REPLACEMENT WAGE RATE: $41.15 - $58.98 Reporting to the Manager of Surgical Services, the responsibility of the Registered Nurse is the promotion of health and the assessment of, the provision of care of, and the treatment of health conditions by supportive, preventative, therapeutic, palliative and rehabilitative means to surgical patients in order to attain or maintain optimal function. Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

Required: Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario registration or eligibility Physical Assessment course Current surgical experience with a minimum of two years within the last five years Venipunctures to establish an IV required IV medications below the drip chamber Central line care - including tubing, dressing change ,line removal and blood sampling Management and care of patients will epidural analgesia Management and care of P.C.A.
