Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists. Repair and maintain boilers and heavy-metal products. Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects. Ensure that construction permits are obtained. Develop risk management plans. Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation. Oversee payroll administration. Supervision: More than 20 people.
