Augusta Lawn Care of East Abbotsford is seeking a General Manager to oversee the location.

Compensation: Potential Starting Base Pay $70,000-$90,000 ($50,000-$60,000 Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses)

Potential Compensation Path: Up to $75,000 Base Pay + 15% Profit Sharing

Location: Abbotsford, BC

We are continuing to grow our Abbotsford location with the goal of becoming one of the largest lawn care operations in the market, and we're looking for one person to lead it.

Augusta Lawn Care is one of North America's fastest-growing lawn care franchises with 200+ locations.

This is a role where you step into an existing operation and grow it.

This is an opportunity to build a location up to $1.5M-$2M in annual Revenue.

The goal over the next 5 years is to build a multi-million-dollar operation in the Fraser Valley while maintaining exceptional customer experience, strong culture, and profitability.

Responsibilities

- Hire and develop field employees and crew leaders doing mowing, bed maintenance, lawn treatments, pruning, property cleanups, and Landscaping
- Lead daily operations and scheduling
- Maintain service quality and customer experience
- Equipment maintenance
- Estimates
- Track KPIs and financial performance
- Build a high-performance culture
- Solve problems quickly and take ownership
- Drive growth while maintaining operational standards

Qualifications





- Leadership experience managing people
- Strong communication and accountability skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members
- Strong urgency and ownership mentality
- Operations leadership
- Applicator license (Will provide schooling if required)
- Green industry experience

Compensation Growth Path

- Starting Base Pay: $50,000-$60,000 + Monthly revenue bonuses
- Clear path toward: Up to $75,000 base compensation (tied to revenue growth)
