Role Description This part-time Esthetician / Nail Technician role is an on-site position located in Brighton, ON. The role involves providing esthetic services such as facials, basic skin treatments, and hair removal, as well as performing manicures, pedicures, and other nail care services in accordance with health and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending appropriate services and products, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized. The Esthetician / Nail Technician will also handle appointment scheduling support, promote retail products and services, and contribute to a calm, qualified,



and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications

- Professional manicures and pedicures
- Gel polish application and removal
- Nail shaping, cuticle care and finishing
- Relaxing hand and foot treatments
- Providing a clean, comfortable and welcoming client experience
- Maintaining exceptional sanitation and infection-prevention standards
- Ability to perform a range of esthetic treatments safely and effectively.
- Foundational knowledge in Cosmetology, including understanding of skin and nail health, product usage, and treatment techniques.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and building long-term client relationships.
- Comfort with Sales, including recommending appropriate products and services that align with client needs and wellness goals.
- Relevant certification or diploma in esthetics, cosmetology, or nail technology from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety standards in a spa or clinic environment.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Solid attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a professional and inclusive environment.
