The primary responsibility is to design, develop and maintain the technology platform that processes the bank’s customer and transaction behaviour detection algorithms to detect suspicious and fraudulent activity. The role requires familiarity with AML and leadership in AML technology project delivery, collaborating with engineering, data delivery, program delivery, testing, business sponsors and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage project activities for all technology teams, including design, development, business analysis, testing and infrastructure.Coordinate offshore development activities and support escalated incidents and defects.Manage day‑to‑day vendor relationships (e.G., Oracle) for technical delivery activities.Work with technology partners to ensure environment modifications interact appropriately and data conversion impacts are considered.Ensure scheduled changes take place with proper testing, monitoring and implementation without adverse business impact.Oversee integration of all systems, projects and technical interfaces to ensure high level of service and support.Lead effort to test, debug, performance‑analyze and document environment components.Promote a culture of productivity, innovation, improvement,



teamwork and professionalism.Provide coaching, development, succession planning, recruitment and overall team leadership.Act as escalation point for technology risks and issues affecting projects, defining and implementing mitigation strategies.Deliver in line with financial forecast and achieve benefit targets for Application Delivery teams.Identify development‑related project dependencies and risks, ensuring mitigation or contingency plans.Job RequirementsUniversity degree in technology/engineering.Demonstrated experience with Oracle OFSAA products, Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) is a strong preference.Strong knowledge of AML and associated regulatory reporting needs.At least 6 years of in‑depth experience with technology development, testing and infrastructure for complex projects.Understanding of banking systems and related customer, account, and transaction data utilization for AML monitoring.Strong understanding of technology project delivery, project management and financial management.Excellent planning and problem‑solving skills.Exposure to big data and analytics platforms on public cloud is desired.Experience leading teams, including vendor teams.Solid interpersonal skills, forging relationships with key business partners, and applying analytics to drive commercial value.BenefitsOur Total Rewards package includes base salary, variable compensation, health and well‑being benefits, savings and retirement programs, paid time off, banking benefits and discounts, career development, and reward and recognition programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
