We are looking for a Parts & Service Coordinator to join our team in Saskatoon ! Base salary plus annual bonus program Insurance program, telemedicine, and employee assistance program. Work schedule of 40 hours per week Family-oriented work environment that encourages talent development. RESPONSIBILITES
Proactively monitor service agreements. Coordinate the making of appointment with clients. Distribute technicians on different service calls. Maintain up-to-date information in the computer system. Select and prepare appropriate parts for customers. Coordinate parts sales. Prepare/send quotations and invoices. Promote the products and services of the company. QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance equipment. Knowledge of compressed air systems.
Excellent sense of communication. Autonomy, sense of priorities and ability to work in a team. Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced workplace, respecting multiple deadlines and priorities. Master the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word …). THE COMPANY
