Oak Valley Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join the Reactivation Care Centre team in Ontario. You will provide patient/family centred care, lead care planning, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop and evaluate plans of care.

The role requires current nursing registration, BLS, and 2-3 years in medical/long-term care; palliative care experience is an asset, alongside solid assessment, critical thinking and computer skills.
