In this pivotal management position, you will provide strategic leadership to Indigenous Student Services within the Registrar’s Office. You will develop and improve programs, enhance cultural responsiveness, and ensure Indigenous perspectives are integrated into all student services. Collaborating with diverse communities, you aim to advance reconciliation and support institutional priorities regarding Indigenous engagement and learner success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and implementation of Indigenous Student Services plans • Oversee services at the Indigenous Circle of Services • Coordinate cultural programming and Elder services • Collaborate with academic units for learner success • Manage budget aligned with institutional goals
