Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and energetic General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Punjabi, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in retail or restaurant management. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, ensure excellent customer experiences, and foster a motivated team environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall store performance
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize profitability
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budget management with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting purposes
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones




- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail sales or restaurant environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Punjabi; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory management
- Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, marketing, and administrative tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, and team management
- Previous experience in retail management or food service industry is highly desirable
