Location: Toronto Your Responsibilities: Oversee Technician Service team Administer safety programs, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reporting Support sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation Approve estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content, assess profit risk of jobs, control material and labor costs,



and provide feedback to the District Manager Establish project timelines and meet with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedule Manage projects, oversee ordering of equipment and material, and assure proper customer signoffs are secured Oversee quotation of call-in work, transactional sales, and assign Technician work as needed to ensure that quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basis Interface with customer base and establish effective working relationships to identify additional selling opportunities Ensure maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections completed on time while providing input to Service Coordinators on scheduling activity of technicians Work with the technician team to generate pull-through service and repair work on existing house accounts Manage Technician job opportunities and lead customer care initiatives Work with
